[clutter] clutter gst mono bindings

Hi all,

In attachment you can find mono bindings for the last clutter library
that had no bindings yet.

The process was a little less easy as i had to alter the original c
library a bit. Therefore the tar also contains two new files and a
changed makefile, to put the needed gst_init call inside a
clutter_gst_init method; that way gst can be hidden completely. Which
is good as no real mono bindings exist for gstreamer.

Also gapi doesn't support interfaces, at all. So some custom code was
needed.

Otherwise, the video-player example was ported and works flawlessly.
