[clutter] XGL errors with examples

Hi,

I've built clutter from subversion and the examples all fail with the
error:

X Error of failed request: BadMatch (invalid parameter attributes)
  Major opcode of failed request: 142 (GLX)
  Minor opcode of failed request: 5 (X_GLXMakeCurrent)
  Serial number of failed request: 21
  Current serial number in output stream: 21

This happens in the first realize action. I tried glxgears and that works fine,
as I'm not well versed in GL, how do I go about figuring where the error is?
