[clutter] problems testing clutter

Hi, just checked clutter out of subversion and I'm having some
problems getting anything to work.

First of all all the different parts "clutter-gst", "clutter-cairo"
and "toys" etc have makefiles that want either clutter-0.1 or
clutter-0.2 rather than 0.3, I fixed this by creating some fake
pkgconfig files that just return the 0.3 libs and headers

Second, trying to run either the opt or woohaa programs gives me the
following error and then hangs:

 (opt:31560): Clutter-CRITICAL **: Clutter needs at least version 1.2 of OpenGL

My laptop has a geforce fx 5200 Go, glxinfo says:

OpenGL version string: 2.1.0 NVIDIA 96.31
