[clutter] Clutter Mono bindings

Hi all,

This morning i more or less finished creating mono bindings for clutter
(not clutter-gst, clutter-gtk,...). So far i only ported the behave
example, but it seems to work well.

If you put the file that's in attachment into the bindings folder of a
svn checkout, ./autogen.sh && make should do the trick. You can find
the behave example in the examples folder.

There probably still is some tweaking, testing and more example work,
but it's a start.
