[clutter] Mono bindings update

Hi all,

In attachment you can find an update for the clutter core part of the
mono bindings in svn. There is:
1. newly generated cs files, created against 0.3.1
2. some updates in the autotools chain
3. a port of the test-entry example included.

Please tell me if anything is wrong...
