hiding low level complexity to the API user. I think I'm going to focus

I think I'm going to focus on the AsyncActor and the PendingTaskActor for
now, and if we can figure out what to do with the memory thing, I would
straighforward for it.

Good idea, I don't really want to put it upstream rather than putting it in
a visible place so people can take advantage of it if it results into
something useful.
