yep. I think Clutter do well enough in terms of flexibility as far as
rendering is concerned. It brings out the not-funny part of OpenGL
programming that is managing the transformations and the view and
allows to focus on the fun part that is drawing.
Besides, the tough part is really in the interaction part: providing
APIs to help building those fluid interfaces that are part live, part
controlled by the user. Kind of a "missing link" between animations
and events.
