I'm 10 minutes into the port installation for gtkdoc:

~/Source/OpenSource/clutter/clutter$ ./autogen.sh
./autogen.sh: line 2: gtkdocize: command not found
~/Source/OpenSource/clutter/clutter$ sudo port install gtk-doc
(good luck, see you in awhile)

But I'll let you know how far I get. Curious myself to see how it works.
